BOOKING & POLICIES

Spa Format

We will continue to extend our recovery time between clients for proper disinfection and sterilization between services.

Booking

We look forward to having you at Cure! Appointments can be made online using the Square booking site. We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services or in the case of a late cancellation or appointment no-show.

Grace period

There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please call us if you will be arriving late to your appointment. Appointments held for 15 minutes or longer without prior notification will be considered a no-show appointment and charged a cancellation fee of 100% of service total. Out of respect to other appointments, all late arrivals risk either receiving an abbreviated service, cancellation fee or losing the appointment. If a service is shortened due to time constraints, the cost of the service(s) originally booked will still be charged.

Cancellations
At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality service and a seamless experience for all guests. To honor the time and resources reserved for each appointment, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:

Card on File Requirement
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all appointments. While the card is not charged at the time of booking, it is securely stored on file for cancellation protection.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule appointments up to **24 hours prior to their scheduled time** without penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed (including same-day cancellations) will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost, which will be charged to the card on file. No Call/No Show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of service(s) booked.

Failed or Blocked Payments
If the card on file is declined or unable to be charged, the client will be temporarily restricted from booking future appointments. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before new appointments can be scheduled.

Need to Make Changes?
We understand that plans may change. To avoid cancellation fees and to help us accommodate other clients, please contact us as early as possible if you need to make adjustments to your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  • What makes Cure "eco-friendly"?
At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, sustainability is built into everything we do. Here's how we keep our commitment to eco-conscious care: Waterless Services By eliminating the use of water in our manicures and pedicures, we significantly reduce water waste—saving up to 15 gallons per service compared to traditional methods. Reusable Tools & Responsible Sanitation We prioritize reusable tools (properly sanitized and sterilized) and minimize single-use plastics whenever possible to reduce waste. Sustainable Practices From mindful sourcing to reduced energy and water usage, our operations are designed to support a healthier planet and a healthier you. At Cure, being eco-friendly isn’t a trend—it’s a part of our mission to provide safer, smarter, and more sustainable nail care.
  • What makes Cure “non-toxic”?
At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, we are proud to operate as a non-toxic studio. This means that every product used during your service or sold on our shelves is carefully selected to be free from ingredients known to cause toxic responses in humans. We do not use products containing phthalates, parabens, petroleum, asbestos, lead acetate, or coal tar. We are also committed to cruelty-free beauty. All nail care products used in the studio or available for retail have not been tested on animals at any stage of production. One of our favorite brands, OOO Polish, is proudly Leaping Bunny Certified—a gold standard in cruelty-free cosmetics. While some ingredients are necessary for product performance and durability, all of our gel and regular polishes are at least 7-Free. This means they are formulated without seven of the most harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polish: toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, xylene, and TPHP. Your health, safety, and peace of mind matter to us—and we’re committed to providing nail care that reflects that.
  • Do you reuse all your tools?
Absolutely NOT! At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, we are uncompromising when it comes to cleanliness and client safety. We are committed to delivering the most sanitary manicure and pedicure experience possible for every guest. Our protocol includes a combination of properly sanitized, reusable tools—such as metal foot files, cuticle nippers, nail clippers, and nail art brushes—as well as single-use, disposable items like nail files, wooden sticks, toe separators, flip flops, and cleanup brushes. Every tool is either thoroughly disinfected and sterilized or disposed of after one use, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and elevated experience at every visit.
  • How do you clean your reusable tools?
At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, your safety is our top priority. That’s why we follow strict sanitation protocols using medical-grade tools and practices to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. All stainless steel and metal implements are thoroughly scrubbed with hot water and antibacterial soap after each use to remove any debris. Once clean, they are carefully dried and placed inside a medical-grade autoclave—a device that uses pressurized heat and steam to fully sterilize tools. Each tool is then sealed in a single-use sterilization pouch, ensuring it remains sterile until your service begins. In addition, we use EPA-certified, hospital-grade disinfectants to clean and sanitize all surfaces, including manicure tables, pedicure chairs, and high-touch areas. Whether you’re visiting Cure or any other nail salon, remember—you always have the right to ask how tools and equipment are disinfected. Your health matters, and transparency is key.
  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that clients arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time. During this time you be asked to fill out the intake form to make sure that we provide the proper accommodations and select a polish color. If you think you may need additional time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Since we do book back-to-back appointments, we ask that all clients be ready to go when the scheduled appointment starts.
  • I’m running late, what should I do?
We understand that delays happen. If you’re running late to your appointment, please call or text us as soon as possible to let us know. We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your service may need to be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client’s appointment—or may need to be rescheduled entirely, depending on how late you arrive. In cases where your appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. Your time is valuable—and so is ours. Communicating with us promptly helps us provide the best possible experience for everyone.
  • How do I ask for assistance when I’m having trouble making appointment ?
We got you covered! Give us a call at (704)-777-1182 and we will schedule your appointment for you. We would also be delighted to provide a tutorial on how to book from our website.
  • What is the atmosphere like?
In one word: serenity—a calm, peaceful, and untroubled space designed with your comfort and well-being in mind. Cure is not your typical nail salon. Our environment feels more like a blend of a spa and a wellness clinic. From the moment you walk in, you’re encouraged to kick off your shoes and relax your feet—whether that means drifting off for a nap, having a quiet chat, or simply enjoying the stillness while we care for your hands and feet. We’ve created a space where you can unwind, recharge, and feel at ease—because self-care should always feel this good
  • Why the cancellation/missed appointment fee?
When you book an appointment at Cure Waterless Nail Spa, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We thoughtfully prepare for each visit—whether it’s setting up products, tools, or ensuring your technician’s schedule is optimized to give you the best experience possible. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients and result in lost time and revenue for our team. The cancellation fee helps offset the time and resources reserved for your appointment and ensures fairness to both our staff and guests. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide a professional and well-organized experience for all.
  • Your prices are a tad bit higher than the usual spa, why is that?"
At Cure Waterless Nail Spa, our pricing reflects the quality, care, and elevated experience we proudly provide. Unlike traditional salons, we specialize in waterless, non-toxic nail care that prioritizes your health, safety, and long-term results. Our services include advanced techniques, premium products, and highly trained technicians—including medical nail specialists—who take the time to deliver personalized, detail-oriented care in a clean, professional environment. We also invest in fair wages for our staff, continuous education, and tools that uphold the highest standards of hygiene and performance. When you book with us, you're not just paying for a service—you're investing in expert care, peace of mind, and an experience tailored to your well-being. Thank you for choosing quality over compromise.
  • Can I change method of payment at checkout?
Absolutely! Upon checkout you can change which card you would like to charge or pay using cash.
